The aim of the Educational Program “Secondary Education (English Language and Foreign Literature)” is to ensure high-quality training of Bachelor’s degree graduates—future teachers of English language and foreign literature—who are capable of professional activity in general secondary education institutions.
The program is focused on forming a comprehensive system of fundamental and professionally oriented knowledge, practical skills, and competencies covering linguistic, literary, and methodological components. It is aimed at developing competences in innovative pedagogical practice, the use of modern information and communication technologies, the organization of an inclusive educational environment, as well as fostering intercultural communication skills and critical thinking.
Through a combination of theoretical training and practice-oriented learning, the program creates conditions for developing students’ high level of language and methodological competence, pedagogical culture, academic integrity, and readiness for creative problem-solving in professional tasks.
Particular attention is paid to the development of continuous self-education, professional self-improvement, and the ability to adapt to changes in the modern educational environment.
